The Quiet Corner Tea & Coffee Room was such a fantastic luncheon!                                                             Back to Activity Album
To say the least, this Tea room was in the sticks!  Two miles west of Churubusco, 2 1/2 miles north and 1 mile east, then into the woods for 1/2 mile.  
The crowd was SRO!  Surprisingly, they were ready for us with 4 tables.  
BUT!  They didn't wait on us for over an hour.  The room was not air conditioned!  
So we told jokes, yakked alot, complained, etc. while we waited and got grouchy and hotter.  
After the food came, we were happy to leave.
